Traditionally, neroli oil is extracted by steam distillation from the blossoms of bitter orange trees, which are collected in late April or early May by hand. It's also known as orange blossom oil.
The aroma of Neroli essential oil may relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and ease headaches and colds.
