Directions

Pillow Spray: Spray a generous amount onto your pillow to relax you as you drift into a peaceful sleep.

All-Purpose Sleep Balm: Massage into pulse points before bed to help relax you before sleep.

Sleep Butter: Massage gently into skin until fully absorbed.
